Hi, I’m Brooke! My journey to holistic wellness began after surviving leukemia and receiving a successful stem cell transplant in 2015. This life-altering experience sparked a deep passion within me to not only heal myself, but also to inspire and empower others on their own wellness journeys.

As a health coach, plant-based chef, yoga instructor, and public health educator, I wholeheartedly believe in a holistic approach for reaching health and wellness goals.

Through my diverse background and expertise in various areas of wellness, I have developed a unique perspective that takes into account the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I understand that true health goes beyond food and exercise; it encompasses our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and environment. By addressing all aspects of well-being, we can create lasting and transformative change.

    I created The Helping Hand Course after my own personal experience being hospitalized with leukemia and after working as an EMT for 16 years.

    I’ve lovingly designed this course to help ease the suffering of those who are hospitalized by educating their families, friends and caregivers.

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who guides clients to feeling their best through food and lifestyle changes, and personalized one-on-one encouragement.

A Health Coach’s main role is to support clients in achieving their unique health and wellness goals, from making healthier nutrition choices to managing stress and anxiety. To help clients implement sustainable long-term habits, a Health Coach curates a safe space for them to explore all areas of their well-being.

There’s no one-size-fits-all diet that works for everyone.

I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Small changes = big results

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions or good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
