Simply Well with

Brooke Susan

Grounded in science. Rooted in experience. Heart centered.

Hi, I’m Brooke.

In 2015, leukemia and a stem cell transplant changed the course of my life. After 16 years working in emergency medicine, becoming the patient gave me an entirely different understanding of health and wellness.

My recovery taught me that feeling well is about so much more than what happens in a doctor’s office. It’s how we eat, move, rest, manage stress, connect with others and learn to listen to our bodies.

Today, I bring that perspective into everything I do, from health coaching and yoga to food, sound and community experiences.

I believe you know your body and your life better than anyone. I’m here to help you get curious, make meaningful changes and discover what truly supports you.

Ways to Work With Me

  • Healthcoaching

    Health Coaching

Personalized support for creating realistic, sustainable changes that fit your health, your goals and your actual life.

Together, we look at the bigger picture, including food, movement, sleep, stress, relationships and the everyday habits that shape how you feel.

No rigid plans or one size fits all approach. We get curious about what’s working, what isn’t and what might help you feel better in a way you can actually sustain.

  • Sound Baths & Retreats

    Sound Baths & Retreats

Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is stop doing for a while. My sound baths and retreats create space to step away from the noise, slow down, get comfortable and simply receive.

From immersive gong and sound journeys to intimate half day retreats with nourishing food, time in nature and community, each experience is thoughtfully created to help you settle in and be present. No experience is needed and there’s nothing to accomplish.

Come as you are, rest for a while, reconnect and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

  • Caregiver Support

    Patient & Caregiver Support

Navigating a serious illness can be overwhelming for everyone involved.

After years working in healthcare and then experiencing leukemia and a stem cell transplant from the patient side, I saw firsthand how much patients and caregivers are expected to learn while already carrying so much.

I create practical resources to help patients and the people caring for them feel more prepared, informed and supported through hospitalization, recovery and the transition back home.

Brooke is a gifted coach! She’s empathetic, supportive, realistic and honest. Her sincerity, genuineness and heart for real personal growth and development radiates.
