What’s a Helping Hand Recovery Care Box?

A helping hand recovery care box is a highly curated collection of items that were crucial for my well-being during my hospitalization for leukemia, after working for 16 years as an EMT and CNA.

After being hospitalized and working directly with patients for years, I wanted to support and comfort those who are hospitalized and beyond. That's why I created the Help on the Way Recovery Care Box, a very special care package made with love and designed to help patients during their journey to recovery.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I understand that navigating the challenges of recovery can be overwhelming for patients. That's why we have developed the innovative concept of the Recovery Care Box. This thoughtful and comprehensive package is designed to offer support and assistance to patients, recognizing their difficulties and providing much-needed help, all from one patient to another.

Inside the Recovery Care Box, patients will find an array of practical and motivational items. These range from a healing himalayan salt lamp and hand selected crystal, to practical tools designed to improve overall well-being during recovery. The inclusion of nutritional recommendations, gentle exercise instruction, and mindfulness techniques aligns with my integrative approach to whole-body healing and recovery.
