Nourish in Nature on Chuckanut

Full Moon Half-Day Retreat

The January full moon tends to highlight what’s ready to move, so my gong-loving friend, Constance Au of Heartspace Healing Arts in Vancouver, BC, and I are inviting a small group to gather for a restorative retreat on Saturday, January 3rd, from 11:30–4. This half-day experience is crafted to soothe the nervous system, clear the mental static, and open space for fresh insight as winter settles in.

We’ll spend the afternoon settling into the body, breathing more deeply, pulling tarot cards for insight, and journaling what’s ready to rise. A warm plant-based lunch will nourish you, and a quiet wander through the Chuckanut forest will offer its steadying calm.

To close, you’ll sink into an extended sound bath with bowls and gongs—an immersive experience that softens whatever the full moon stirs up and opens the door to that spacious, floaty clarity we rarely give ourselves time to feel.
