About Vanagong

Vanagong is a mobile outdoor sound immersion experience, bringing gongs and crystal singing bowls to camps, corporate retreats, and special events.

Led by Brooke Susan, a trained sound practitioner with a background in healthcare and emergency medicine, Vanagong specializes in nervous system regulation, restorative experiences, and mindful connection in nature or indoor spaces.

Session Formats

60–75 Minute Sound Experience

🕰 5–10 min: Arrival & grounding

🧘‍♀️ 10–15 min: Guided breathing & mindful preparation

💿 30–40 min: Immersive gong and crystal bowl sound bath

🪷 5–10 min: Reflection & integration

Custom durations available for corporate wellness events or multi-session retreats.
