About the free class:

Inside, I'm sharing....

-The 4-part framework I use (and my students use) to teach caregivers how to create a "healing hotel room" for a patient who's hospitalized in less than two hours
-The 5 mistakes to avoid when caring for someone who's hospitalized (this will save you SO much time)
-Why you DON'T need to go to nursing school to help someone who's hospitalized (and why this isn't a Catch-22)
-How to work with me more closely to help maximize the patients healing potential so they're discharged home as soon as possible

About the teacher:

Hi, I'm Brooke!

I'm an leukemia survivor/stem cell transplant recipient and integrative health coach who teaches people how to optimally care for someone who's hospitalized so that they can recover quickly and be discharged home as soon as possible.1) I'm originally from Mystic, Connecticut and now I live in Bellingham, Washington with my dog and 45 houseplants.

But perhaps more relevant to you, I worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and certified nursing assistant (CNA) for 16 years before being diagnosed with leukemia. Nowadays, I'm a virtual/online health coach, course creator and yoga instructor.

2) My favorite things to nerd out about include live music, sound healing, plant-based cooking and health coaching.

My greatest joy is my family--but my second greatest joy is helping someone who is hospitalized so they can recover quickly and be discharged home as soon as possible.

3) I was an emergency medical technician (EMT) by trade, and now a course creator by accident--literally and figuratively: I created this course after being hospitalized and surviving leukemia and a stem cell transplant.

Fast-forward a few years later and I've since become a certified yoga instructor, certified plant-based chef and a certified integrative nutrition health coach that focuses on nutrition and wellbeing so clients can ultimately connect with themselves. The HHC was born out of my own personal experiences from being both a member of the staff and as a hospitalized patient.

Inside the free class, I'm sharing the exact strategies I share with my paid students. Don't miss it!
