Credentials & Experience
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
I’ve most recently graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I gained an abundance of knowledge and expertise. During my time at the institute, I delved into a wide array of coaching methods, each more innovative than the last. I also honed my skills in practical lifestyle management techniques, discovering effective ways to help clients create positive and sustainable changes in their lives. Additionally, I had the opportunity to delve into over 100 dietary theories, ranging from Ayurveda to gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, and macrobiotics. This comprehensive understanding allows me to tailor personalized nutritional plans that cater to each individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and wellness, and my extensive training allows me to guide and support my clients on their journey towards optimal health.
My Path to Sound Facilitation
My Journey as a Plant-Based Chef
After surviving leukemia and receiving a stem cell transplant in 2015, I became deeply curious about how food could support healing—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. That journey led me to plant-based cooking, and it completely transformed my relationship with nourishment, vitality, and self-care.
Learning to cook with plants became a daily ritual of love, creativity, and healing. I began to see food not only as fuel, but as medicine, pleasure, and connection. Over time, I trained formally as a plant-based chef and began preparing meals for friends and special gatherings—bringing the same intention and heart to each dish that I once brought to my own healing table.
Today, I cook for retreats, events, and small circles, creating vibrant, seasonal meals that support wellness and delight the senses. It’s one of my favorite ways to care for others and hold space—because food is a powerful form of medicine, and sharing a beautiful meal is a sacred act.
Check out Rouxbe Cooking School where I earned my plant-based chef certificate. I’m also an ambassador for the school, please let me know if you’re interested in any of their courses so I can give you a discount code.
I fell in love with the gong the first time I experienced its deep, resonant vibration moving through my body—it felt like a remembering. The sound bypassed my busy mind and dropped me straight into a place of peace, presence, and cellular release. I knew then that this was something sacred.
My curiosity led me to train with a master teacher in the art of gong playing and sound facilitation. Through immersive study and personal practice, I learned how to hold space with intention, intuition, and a deep respect for the power of vibration as medicine.
One of the most transformative experiences I’ve had was participating in an overnight Gong Puja—a 7.5-hour sound journey where the gong is played continuously while participants rest, dream, and heal in a liminal, vibrational field. That night changed me. It deepened my understanding of how sound can recalibrate the nervous system, soften trauma held in the body, and reconnect us to our truest self.
Now, I offer sound baths and mini retreats where I weave together plant-based nourishment, gong sound journeys, breath, stillness, and nature to create spaces of deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Sound is more than an experience—it’s a portal to transformation.
